Units are brand new & unused. Needs only electricity, cold water and drain utilities to operate. Treated waste can be placed into curbside wheeled bins as ordinary rubbish.

The SteriMed medical waste processors—-comparable in size

to a small walk-up self-service photocopier--simultaneously shred, macerate, disinfect and dewater medical waste using an environmentally friendly disinfectant--SterCid.

After treatment of the potentially infectious medical waste, the resulting solid waste material is simply and cost effectively discarded as regular trash in your local community landfill in accordance with solid waste regulations.
