The BL series machines represent the peak of NERI’s production capability in the field of linear labelers and are the culmination of its many years of experience in self-adhesive application.

The main features of these series are the particular balcony construction making extremely easy the clearance procedures, the positive transport system of carton in pitch making the machine completely fail-safe, the ergonomics reducing the accessibility in 70 cm only and dividing the machine in three areas: operative, mechanical and electrical.

The BL machines can work in-line with other packaging machines, or as free standing units when fitted with required boxes infeed and outfeed devices.

The BL 400 BTE XL carton labeller is designed to apply self-adhesive Vignette and Tamper Evident labels on

top and on the material flaps of already formed carton sleeves.

Moreover, thanks to the integration of a Track&Trace system, it can print and check 2D codes directly on the

carton in transit.
